Life is about being on a journey.
“In the footsteps of Martin Luther” is a touristic and spiritual guidebook to about fifty Luther sites in Germany and elsewhere. In search of the Reformation’s hidden or lost traces and authentic historical witnesses, Heinz Stade offers a vivid impression of the respective places. Not only the most important stations in Luther’s life are taken into account, but also several places of significant events are presented.
Some of these “travel writings” are confronted or complemented by short theological-spiritual “miniatures” by Thomas A. Seidel. Through them Luther’s world of ideas and his influence on the modern world, become experiencable in a touching way.
